Only eligible items may be returned. Returned items must have the original tags attached, be unworn and unaltered. You must use the online return form or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return approval before sending anything back. Returns must be intiated within 21 days of the ship date received. You will have 4 days to ship the item back after receiving a return approval.
Refunds and Exchanges
A store credit valid for 3 years will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you do not want a store credit, a 10% restocking fee will be applied and your original form of payment will be credited. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
Defective items must be reported within 3 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If a stone falls out within 30 days and there is no damage to the ring, we will replace or repair the ring at no charge. Please visit our FAQ page for more details.
Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued either a refund with the restocking fee or a store credit to complete an exchange via email. This covers original purchase price and tax fees only. Original shipping fees are not refunded. The store credit will expire 3 years from date of issue.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Used and altered items are not eligible for refund or store credit. Orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address will be treated as a return and assessed a 10% restocking fee.
