Only eligible items may be returned. Returned items must have the original tags attached, be unworn and unaltered. You must use the online return form or email us at email@example.com for a return approval before sending anything back. You have 14 days to initiate a return. The item must be mailed within 7 days of initiating a return.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items returned in original new and unused condition are eligible for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is a result of our error. Please follow the instructions above to initiate the return process within 7 days of receipt. Custom made and personalized items are not returnable.
Defective items must be reported within 3 days, if not reported we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

If a stone falls out within 30 days and there is no damage to the ring, we will replace or repair the ring at no charge. Please visit our FAQ page for more details.
Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a refund. This covers original purchase price and tax fees only.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Used and altered items are not eligible for refund or store credit. Orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
